Booking Policy
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The advance amount is non-transferable unless approved by management.
- Clients are advised to review all event details, services, and packages before making payment.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation
Cancellation Before 30 Days
- If the event is cancelled 30 days before the scheduled date, a partial refund may be provided after deducting booking, management, and processing charges.
Cancellation Between 15–30 Days
- 50% of the total booking amount may be non-refundable due to vendor commitments and preparation costs.
Cancellation Within 15 Days
- No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.
Same Day Cancellation
- No refund will be provided for same-day event cancellations.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days.
- Refunds will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Any transaction charges, taxes, or third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once booked or arranged:
- Artist Booking
- Celebrity Booking
- Hotel & Venue Booking
- Choreography Charges
- Decoration Material
- Sound & Lighting Equipment
- Travel & Accommodation Expenses
- Special Effects Setup
- Customized Event Arrangements
Date Rescheduling Policy
- Event date changes are subject to team and vendor availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 15 days before the event date.
- Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
Force Majeure
Hot Crazy Events & Entertainment shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic situations
- Political disturbances
- Venue restrictions
- Technical failures
- Weather conditions
- Situations beyond our control
In such cases, management will try to provide alternative solutions wherever possible.
Service Quality & Responsibility
- We strive to deliver all promised services professionally and on time.
- Minor delays or unavoidable technical issues during live events shall not be considered valid reasons for full refunds.
- Clients must immediately inform our team regarding any service concerns during the event.
